Rick Latta, along with his wife Mary, have been pastoring our church since August of 2018. Prior to that they were co-pastors for about a year and a half.
They have resided in the valley for many years. Rick moved here from Alaska in 1986 and Mary is a valley native.
Rick has planted churches in Montana and Ukraine. In 2013 they started Faithwalk Ministries. It originally started out to be a ministry which helped people find intimacy with God, but it has grown into a missions organization which has reached into many different countries. Their ministry has many churches in Kenya, as well as the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. They have also worked in Cambodia.
They partner with pastors and churches in many different nations, most of which are closed to the Gospel. This has given them a strong emphasis on outreach both in the local community and across the globe.
